Totale Estate Sales Company  ("Us") utilizes a comprehensive policy for both security and privacy.  Our goal is to collect the minimal amount of information possible to allow you to make purchases and send your future offers or notifications.

Totale Estate Sales.com, is a domain registry by proxy to GO DADDY.com LLC. Business of Registrant is located in State of New York USA.  Any reference to "us" "we" "our" is a reference to this entity. We utilize Privacy Shield Protection. As of May 25, 2018,   Under the new European Union (EU) Legislation, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Totale Estate Sales for the purposes of data legislation, we are the data  controller. 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This notice along with our Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which personal data we collect from you that you provide us will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to have an understanding of our practices regarding your personal data and how we handle it.  

2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT  

Information you provide by filling in forms on our website ("Site").  This includes information provided at the time inquiries, subscribing to our service, requesting information or services and correspondence.     

Details of your visits to our Site including, but not limited to traffic data, location data and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the and the resources you access. Refer to our "Cookie Policy".  

3. IP ADDRESSES 

We may collect information about your address including your Internet Protocol Address for reasons of fraud protection. We may also collect information about your device's operating system & browser, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our user's browsing actions & patterns and does not identify any individual.

Our Site uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our Site. This enables us to make improvements to our Site that will help in providing you with a good experience. For the detailed information on the Cookies we use and their purpose, refer to our "Cookie Policy". 

5. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

All information you provide to us is stored on a secure cloud storage system. We use "Go Daddy, Inc." for hosting and "GOOGLE Inc." Gmail Services and Google Circles. Unfortunately, the transmission process of any information via the internet is not completely secure, we can not guarantee the security of your data as it is transmitted to our Site. Once we have received your information, as "Controller" we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access to your data. In the event of a security breech, those affected will be notified within 48hrs of an incident.  

6. USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION 

We may use the information we have about you in the following ways: To provide you with the information or services you requested from us. To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts or arrangements entered between you and us. To insure that content from our Site is presented in the most effective way for your devise and working properly. 

To assist you with the completion of a purchase.  
To improve our Site and services.  
To notify you about changes to our goods or services.  
To conduct fraud checks.  

7. MARKETING

In addition to the uses described in Section 6, we may use your data to employ a third party organization to act on our behalf, provide you with information about our goods and services which we think may be of interest to you. We will only contact you by email about goods and services similar to those with were the subject of a previous enquiry or order from you.  
We will only share your data with third parties including our group companies: Go Daddy, and Totale Estate Sales for their own marketing purposes with your consent 

8. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may disclose your personal information to third parties including: local town, city or municipality with the registration for permit to conduct sale. Address (for location  purposes) is given Local newspaper(s) and their web version. Websites to include: TotaleEstateSales.com, Totale Estate Sales Facebook Business Pages,  Estate Sales.net, Craigslist, MarketPlace, and at NO TIME do we use your name, or the name  associated with the property without contractual consent. We do want to remind people that with an internet search anyone can reverse search by the address to uncover the property owner's name/identity.  When asked any questions about the property owner or circumstances, we respond with: "We do not disclose any information about our clients"  At no time do we disclose 'who' contracted us to conduct a sale, nor do we discuss any personal information about you, your family or legal situation.  
If under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to,  enforce or apply our Terms & Conditions and other agreements; or to protect our rights, property of safety of our customers, employees  or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. 

 
9. RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION 

For US Tax purposes, we keep information such as invoices, receipts and records (which may include personal data) for a minimum of 7 years. After that time, it will be destroyed.  Information collected by Totale Estate Sales as the result of estate sales services (Contract, receipts, financials, inventory, photographs, correspondence) will be retained beyond the 7 years until the legal portion of an estate has settled.   

10. WEBSITE LINKS

Our Site may contain links to and from the websites of our Partner Networks, Affiliates and advertisers.  Please know that if you follow any links to these websites you are being redirected off our website on to theirs. Such websites will have different Terms and Conditions, and the collection of and privacy of your personal data. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Please check these websites and their policies before submitting any personal data to them.  

11. ACCESS TO INFORMATION  
GDPR Data protection legislation gives you the right to access the identifying personal data we are holding. If you would like a list of the information we are holding, please  send us an email request to: TotaleEstateSales@gmail.com Under this new legislation we have 30 Days in which to respond to your request. There is NO FEE for this request.  

12. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Any changes made to our privacy policy will be updated here and where appropriate notified to our customers on file via email.
