We set up the households and arrange them so that it's conducive to host an on site sale. We ask that any items you intend on keeping be removed from the property prior to our starting work, and prior to the sale. During this stage, photos are taken for advertising.
We price items using both Fair Market and Current Market Values as determined by the marketplace. We take the time to research your items and at times suggest other markets in which to sell a particular item in.
We use multiple Social Media platforms that enables us to reach many people and showcase your upcoming sale.
Our Preferred Customers in your area will also receive an announcement email notifying them and inviting them to your upcoming sale.
The day before your sale, signage is placed at key locations and intersections to direct people to the sale. All signage is in compliance with municipality of the sales location and is collected after your sale has ended.
Your sale is conducted in a professional manner by our courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Our customers who attend our sales are aware they are responsible for moving their purchases and come prepared with an extra set of hands.
We have guidelines outlined in our contract that will allow us to negotiate and handle your sale from start to finish. We work on a commission basis.
Our estate sales services are 35%. This fee includes all the steps on this page. There no upfront fees to you. Our commission comes out of the proceeds from the sale.
Additional services: Cleanout, Appraisals and Consignments charged separately and not included in this service plan.
You will be provided a complete accounting of the property sold. And a check delivered within 10 Business Days. An additional accounting may take a few days longer depending on the disposition of the remaining items.
