Our consultation includes an evaluation of your job and the items to be liquidated. We review your goals and establish timeframes to complete your job. We will quickly develop a plan and discuss the services we can provide that will meet your overall goal.
We set up the households and arrange them so that it's conducive to host an on site sale. We ask that any items you intend on keeping be removed from the property prior to our starting work, and/or prior to the sale. During this stage, photos are taken for advertising.
We price items using both Fair Market and Current Market Values as determined by the marketplace. We take the time to research your items and at times suggest other markets in which to sell a particular item in.
We use multiple Social Media platforms that enable us to reach many potential buyers and showcase your upcoming sale.
Our Preferred Customers in your area will also receive an announcement email inviting them to your upcoming sale.
The day before your sale, signage is placed at key locations and intersections to direct people to the sale. All signage is in compliance with municipality of the sales location and is collected after your sale has ended.
Your sale is conducted in a professional manner by our courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Depending on your sale and customer turnout, we may use commonly practiced number system. This will limit the number of people entering the premises during the first few hours of your sale.
Our customers who attend our sales are aware they are responsible for moving their purchases and come prepared with an extra set of hands.
We have guidelines outlined in our contract that will allow us to negotiate and handle your sale from start to finish.
Given the huge task at hand, and the quality of service we provide, you will find our rates to be reasonable. The cost is always quoted and outlined in our contract. In addition, there is a 35% commission fee comes out of the actual proceeds from the sale. We provide an accounting of the personal property sold and your check is usually delivered within 10 Business Days. An accounting may take a few days longer depending on the final disposition of remaining items.
