Our appraisals are not a “best guess”, but a thoroughly researched objective opinion arrived at by nationally recognized standards and procedures. Every appraisal report clearly describes the item being valued, the procedures used to estimate value and the type of valuation being used. Our appraisals are prepared in conformity of the ISA Code of Ethics and Report Writing Standards and are compliant with the USPAP. The Uniform Standards and Professional Appraisal Practice sets the standards of professional appraisal practice, technique, ethics and due diligence as set forth by the Appraisal Foundation.
